Our retreats are designed to promote spiritual growth and transformation of old patterns. We recommend at least a 7 day retreat to give you the best results. The retreats are limited to a small number of participants (1-6 people at a time), so you can enjoy the silence and serenity of this magical place, as well as the peace and presence of your being.

At Sacred Springs you will also retreat from harmful EMR, since there is no good cell phone reception at the premises (landline phone is available) and wi-fi is only available at a designated area at your request.

Typical 7-day retreat package may include:

  • Morning meditation and exercise program with options of: Yoga, weight lifting, Dynamic meditation, Kundalini meditation or other
  • 2-3 Clarity Breathwork Sessions
  • Visit to Harbin Hot Springs for a soak in natural thermal mineral springs
  • 100% organic diet: raw foods, cooked or fasting
  • Use of facilities: swimming pool, infrared sauna, nature walks
  • Guided hike to waterfalls or nearby mountains
